The 54-minute massage ($20) combines a 36- and 18- minute massage. The 36-minute massage ($15 only) includes thermal acupressure on specific meridian points on your spine, corresponding to certain areas of the body according to Traditional Chinese Medicine. During this time, your spine will be scanned and then the infrared heated jade stones will move along your back, stopping from time to time on these meridian points and providing 88 seconds of thermal acupressure. The 18-minute massage ($10 only) session is where the infrared heated jade stones continuously move along your spine in an automated pattern designed for relaxation.

We offer Normatec leg compression therapy, which uses dynamic air compression to automatically inflate and deflate each segment of the leg sleeves in a rotating sequence to move blood from the foot and ankle back up the leg. This increases blood circulation which allows for more oxygen and nutrients to get to the muscles, helps repair damaged muscle fibers for better recovery after a workout, and also reduces soreness and swelling. Fifteen minutes of treatment is $15, 30 minutes is $20, 45 minutes is $30, and 60 minutes is $40. You can do this therapy alone or add it on to your massage.

Our FDA Class II medical device panels each have 75 LEDs that include two powerful wavelengths: 660 nm for red light and 850 nm for near-infrared light. Red Light enhances skin health, boosts collagen production, and promotes wound healing. Near-Infrared Light penetrates deeper to help with muscle aches, reduce inflammation, and improve joint health. Our panels feature a flexible stand, allowing targeted treatment for areas like knees, ankles, shoulders, and even your face for enhanced skin health (eye protection available). You can even use two red light panels simultaneously on different body parts ($10 per panel per 20-minute session).
